Observation

During the inspection of the compliant center director and teacher acknowledge they were aware, child would have "meltdowns" or bite their toe nails until they bleed. Therefore, increased supervision should have been in place, knowing the capabilities of the child. One teacher stated they were cleaning up nap materials while the other teacher was changing diapers, at the time of the incident. ?? "No observation provided."
